This years Festival will be held at the Kilohana Plantation in Lihue. This new venue is a great open air performance pavilion that can accommodate the growing number of exhibitors and attendees to the Festival.

What comes with a booth?
- Exhibitor booths are open table areas which include: a 5-1/2' round table, 2 chairs, and 2 badges.

Location: Kilohana Plantation, 3-2087 Kaumualii Hwy, Lihue, Kauai HI 96766
Vendor Hours: Load-in 8:00-9:30am, Load-out 6:00-7:00pm
Exhibitor Tables: Locations are assigned per our discretion. Massage & healing work booths are grouped in the quietest spaces to provide maximum ambience. We will try to accommodate special requests, but priority spaces (corner areas, high traffic zones) are given to early registrants and Hawaii Health Guide members when possible. This years exhibitor spaces are open table areas which include: a 5-1/2' round table, 2 chairs, and 2 badges. Tables are round, 5-1/2 feet diameter, with an 8" center hole, which can be covered with cardboard or a vase or plant. Bring table-cloths, easels or display boards. Tape on walls, loud music and burning of candles or incense not permitted.
Food Booths: Please list type of food being served and equipment being used and any special needs.
Power: Electric power is available in designated areas for $35. Please register early and indicate your specific power needs.
Banners & Space dividers: You are welcome to bring signage, props, screens, massage tables, etc., so long as everything fits within your allotted space and does not block other vendors’ views or ability to be seen by participants. If you have large banners, you’ll need to bring your own stands to hang them.
Restrictions: Booth sharing is not allowed, unless the businesses are clearly compatible. (For instance, two acupuncturists working out of the same clinic could share booth space, but an acupuncturist and an artist could not.) Please call to get approval if you have a request to share booth space.
Arrival & Departure Time: Please arrive by 8:00 AM to set up your booth area. The opening ceremony (prayers and intention setting for the day) will be at 9:30 AM, and we’d like everyone to be able to attend. Booth breakdown is from 6:00-7:00 PM.
Food: You are responsible for your own food & beverages during the event. Several wonderful food vendors will be providing various foods throughout the day. Food vendors must have food permits.
Silent Auction/Raffle Items: We will be holding a silent auction and/or raffle to benefit the Hawaii Health Guide Scholarship fund, and we welcome your donations of items, gift certificates, etc. It is an opportunity to have your business name and a few promotional words announced in front of the crowds gathered for the lectures & entertainment. The raffle coordinator will contact you at the beginning of the day to collect your items.
Cleanup & Survey: Please leave your booth space cleaned and cleared as you found it, and your short survey form is completed and turned in to the main event booth or mailed to us asap.

We’re offering a $150 discount on booths to people with paid directory listings on our website.
