About the Retreat: 

Jody Soltau Mountain teaches this experiential workshop on how to directly access the Light within the cells of the body, changing our perceptions of ourselves, and our connection to all our relations — our 'Ohana Nui, through pre-Polynesian Ancient Mysticism.  Movement meditations, successful navigation of the body/mind/spirit,  Lomi Lomi Nui, and Ho'oponopono through Core & Cellular Healing will be included.

History of Lomi Lomi Nui

Traditional 'Lomi Lomi' covers a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, and is practiced widely throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

'Lomi Lomi Nui', or 'The Great Massage', was a rite of passage practiced exclusively in the temples, or 'heiau'. This sacred form of bodywork comes primarily from the Spiritual traditions of the original Hawaiians of pre-Polynesian invasion. These mystical people were said to embody knowledge from ancient Egypt — that the body was interwoven with Light that was the basis of our evolution as a species.

The mystical foundations of this work provide a vehicle for our own transformation. It's aim is to bring us back to our natural selves — deeply connected with our innate intelligence, the wisdom of Nature, and our communion with Spirit. It is in releasing resistance, and opening to our deepest Self, that the beautiful 'by-product' of Lomi Lomi Nui emerges. We move forward with Grace and Beauty and our life soars

Jody Soltau Mountain is a dancer, choreographer and teacher with 25 years experience in the healing arts. Since 1989, she has been studying, practicing and teaching the ancient art of Lomi Lomi Nui and it's foundations in Ancient Hawaiian Mysticism. Jody brings forward the lineage of her teacher, Kahu Abraham Kawa'i, Aua'ia, Maka'i'ole, Uliama. She also holds Certification in Core and Cellular Healing founded in the Celtic Mystical Tradition. Jody is a licensed massage therapist and teacher in the state of Hawai'i, and has dedicated her life to sharing the depth and vibrancy of this profound work with others as a vehicle for awakened consciousness.

Jody has taken this Life-Changing work to Japan, Canada, the USA, and Ireland, and continues to offer Trainings, Retreats and Sessions.
