How to Promote your Events
via Hawaii Health Guide's Email Service
If you'd like to send an e-blast for your event, we need the following from you at least 3 business days prior to when you want the email sent. (Earlier is even better, if possible.)

PROOF
You must approve the proof before it is scheduled to send out. Proofing usually within 1-3 business days of receiving your information.
You are responsible for providing clean copy and correct information about your event. We will fix obvious errors as we notice them, but you are responsible for proofing spelling, links and grammatical errors during the proofing process. If an error is noticed after the e-blast is sent, it can be re-sent for our normal re-send fee of $40.

A note on island-specific emails: The basic charge covers our “all islands” list, which includes people who have requested to receive information on events across the state. It also goes to one island’s specific list (people who requested to receive info on events just on that island). To send to an additional island’s specific list is $25 per additional island.
ADDITIONAL EXPOSURE: FEATURED EVENT ON HAWAIIHEALTHGUIDE.COM
We have a limited number of spots on our website for featured events. The Featured Event includes 10-50 words, one image with active URL and contact info, featured for 30 days or more. The all island homepage (highest traffic area), reaches 5-10,000 visitors per day.
